Deepening Our Relationship with Horses and Ourselves

Besides the fun and joy of being with the horses, this program gives us more tools for how to build deep, authentic relationships with them.

Its also good for us: Being with the horses in this way helps us regulate our nervous systems. We practice being present and slowing down.

This process helps us to become more skillful observers, sensing more keenly what is needed in the moment. Its a heart opening practice and there the connection grows.

Open to people of all levels of experience who are attracted to horses, no pressure to perform or perfect a skill. Since this class is about learning the tools to create deep foundational connection we will not be riding.
